Family financial planning, explained until it makes sense.
Helping you build a complete financial plan: income, health, wealth, and legacy.
Five minutes, no cost. The numbers are yours, over Zoom/Google Meet.

A financial plan is a list of decisions, not a list of products.
Family financial planning is putting your decisions in order so the money you earn does the right job at the right time. Six parts usually come up.
Where your income goes each month, and how much is genuinely left.
Liquid money for short-term surprises, so other assets do not have to be sold.
Moving on the risks that are too large to carry alone.
Targets with a date on them: education, a home, pilgrimage, growing a business.
The years when you stop working and start paying yourself.
How what you built passes on, under rules you write yourself.
Whichever product you choose is only a tool for carrying out one of the parts above.
Many families set aside a little. One family receives a lot.
The principle of mutual help (ta'awun), bearing one another's burden and supporting families in need (takaful) among participants.
It does not come out of their own savings, but out of the fund gathered together.
Insurance helps you plan ahead and provides long-term financial security for your family when they need it most, like:
- Replacing lost income
- Providing a financial safety net
- Covering outstanding debts
- Managing funeral costs
- Funding future education
- Managing costs if life runs longer than expected
Company cover stops at retirement. That is exactly where the need is greatest.
The cost rises because age and health condition both feed into it. The exact figures live in the official illustration, not on this page.
It is after retirement that health costs rise while active income has already stopped.
Starting young locks the cost in while it is still low, and the benefit is still there at the age you need it most.
Every family deserves a plan.
For those with more to preserve.
Risk arrives without warning: an uncertain economy, a family’s medical needs, the pressure of work, an illness or disability that changes life’s plans, a long retirement, and a loss that can shake a family’s stability.
Prime Family is more than an advisor. We’re a team of advisors and consultants who design business, financial, and legacy strategies personally for your situation, not a product to be sold, but a plan built together with you. We help families prepare before circumstances force the choice.

From the first meeting to active cover, six steps.
Pick a time that suits you. In person or over Zoom / Google Meet.
We listen to your health condition, your budget, and your family's financial goals.
We build the submission illustration around what you need and what you can afford.
You read it, ask anything, then decide. Nothing moves without your approval.
Once the submission is accepted, the official policy lands in your inbox.
Protection is active. We stay with you all the way to a claim.
The decision sits at step four. Nothing before it is binding, and the consultation and the illustration cost nothing.
When do you actually need protection?
Your answers shape the illustration that makes sense. No sign-up, and you are free to stop at any point.
Start with the first question beside this.
This is a rough estimate meant to give you a starting point, not an offer and not an underwriting result. Actual acceptance and cost are set by the insurer after assessing your health.

Frequently asked questions.
How is Prime Family paid?
You do not pay Prime Family directly. Initial consultations, reviews of policies you already own, and claim-process support carry no fee. Our compensation only appears if you decide to take up a product through us; otherwise there is still no charge. The structural details are laid out in the How We Are Paid section above.
Which hospitals accept cashless claims with my Allianz policy?
We maintain a free searchable directory: 4,615 Allianz-partner hospitals and health facilities, marked by which accept cashless, which are reimbursement, and which belong to the Blue Eagle Network (priority admission and added amenities).
Search by hospital name, city, or province. For the Jakarta area an interactive map with location detection shows the nearest hospitals, and each one opens directly in Google Maps.
The hospital list can change at any time. If you would like us to verify it against your specific policy, message your advisor.
What do I need to arrange for medical treatment abroad?
The step most people miss: the Letter of Guarantee must be arranged before you travel. Contact the Health Metrics Helpline, open 24 hours, at least 5 working days before treatment. Phone 021-2927 9600, WhatsApp 0812-1910-2040, or email ma.ops@healthmetrics.com.
The overseas cashless network covers 2,075 hospitals across 169 countries, with Malaysia, China, and Singapore the most used destinations. You can browse the full list by country or by continent in our directory.
Note that hospital services follow the country coverage benefit printed on your member card, so not every country is automatically included. We will check it for you before you book a ticket.
Can Prime Family review the plan I already have?
Yes. We assist in reviewing your existing policies, office benefits, and BPJS, assessing what is sufficient, what overlaps, and where there are gaps. Keep what works, improve what doesn’t.
I already have BPJS and office benefits. Do I still need an advisor?
BPJS and office benefits have limits, and office benefits cease when you resign or retire. An advisor helps you understand how far that coverage meets your family’s needs, before, not after, it’s needed.
Can I transfer policy servicing to Prime Family?
In many cases, yes. Advisor Prime Family can assist you in managing and processing your claims moving forward. Share what you have, and we will help outline the steps.
What is the financial review process?
It begins with a brief conversation about your situation. The AI Consultant provides an initial estimate of your funding needs, after which the Advisor reviews your income, assets, debts, and goals in greater detail. There is no obligation to purchase.
Is the initial consultation free?
Yes. The initial consultation and Family Financial Review are free and without obligation. The aim is to help you see the complete picture first, the decision is entirely yours.
We represent your interests and your family's. Keeping your trust is our greatest value.
It starts with a conversation. The decision stays yours.
